I'm new, looking for help/tips?

Well, I tried the Alchohol one included with the free package, my hand felt tingly and my wall was pulsing while i was listening to it (I couldn't keep my eyes closed). After it some shit turned green but no, nothing too major.

Anyways, point of the post is to ask this:
Are your eyes mean't to be closed during the whole thing? People talk about closed eye stuff then others talk about seeing their room spin and stuff meaning their eyes are open..

Oh and any other tips to someone new to iDose-ing, I was a little sceptical but after reading lots and having a little experience with the alchohol one which is only moderate im looking forward to buying lots of doses!

ok lay down like a stick dont move at all while listening dose eyes has to be closed whole dose, if something scratches dont scratch it just lay down clear ur mind till u focus on sound u could try counting from big number that help me i start from 730 counting backwards, there are some tips.
