Best Dose for Visualization?

I've had the rare experience where just lying in bed after sleeping where I have intensely vivid visualizations, I think it has to do with being in Theta state. Has anyone gotten this with a particular idose that they can recommend. Note, I'm not talking about hallucinations but visualizations with they eyes closed, or hypnagogic images. I would love to hear about it.

Just got my idoser last night and although the orgasm didn't bring me all the way, I really felt the effects so I'm sure it will get stronger with time. I listened to lucid in the morning and had a brief lucid dream shortly after, I'm very pleased with the results so far.
