I'm not sure how the effects of this dose are supposed to work on my body but from the description alone I can say that it did change my aura a lot. At the beginning of the dose I was seeing negative energy for about five minutes. Then throughout the dose I saw lots of blue and yellow. It started to confuse me for a while, seeing the blue (which is for deep) first and then stronger burst of yellow (which is for happy). Over time my aura changed from negative to deep to happy. I'm not familiar with the study of aura at all so I've got no clue to how I feel now with the dose finished. Oh, just for a side note, I did a dose of condition before hand.
