I dont know what that means, however I do have my own ways of finding a trance, which I would be happy to share with EVEYRONE!

First, I lay down wherever, as long as the room is dim-lit, or I have a facial cover. I make sure that I have peed, turned off the volume of my cellphone, and done my nightly routine (if its before bed).
Second, I arrange my body to a comfortable position. I suggest laying on your back (even if this is not how you sleep; its not how i sleep) Its suggested because it allows you to get good breaths and be able to relax all limbs at once, without crossing your legs or folding your arms.
Third, I put on the music and just listen for a couple seconds. After about 10 seconds when it "feels right" I'll start to count backward from a 3 digit number, usually 589 (dont know why, my brain likes it) until I start to get a bit slower at counting, and my body begins to think i'm sleeping, so it produces "near dream visuals"
After I get slower counting, I start to focus on "sounds withing the sounds" sometimes on HeroinQH I hear the "waka-waka" pacman sound, or a group of horns playing.
That usually puts my mind in a state of just nothing going on but going in and out of dreams, and staring at my eyelids listening to music.

Most of the whole trance thing is just concentration, and not getting excited about trancing. In fact, dont even concentrate on trancing, concentrate on counting and listening.

Hope this helps for the new idoser and experienced idoser alike.
