Astral projection review

Post by chrisssj2 »

I tried it 2 times now.

I lay on my bed with blindfold and headphones.

After a while my body began to feel numb/heavy, and towards the end it felt like I couldn't move my body at all.
Sometimes with a certain sensation to my arm for example, and sometimes felt like my body was a bit vibrating.
But I just wouldn't get out of my body! stubborn one :P Probably because of my active mind/thinking sometimes im able to create small gaps of silence but not tottally...

This reminds me of something which was similiar but I really couldn't move my body, that used to happen regurarly when I was younger (+- 7 years ago)
Usually happend in the morning, where I wanted to wake up and was sort of concious of myself but just couldn't I think I also could hear the environment for example my mom calling me for school. And I had some thoughts like Mommy please wake me up!! Eventually I snapped out of it, but it was a weird scary thing. Anyone know what this might have been?

Im gonna try it a few more times of course. But so far I did not get the astral projection...
I could ask for tips but I guess it just doesn't work for everyone.

Hi,
I know exactly what you're talking about. It's called sleep paralysis (which is basically the opposite of sleep walking). Its surprising that you felt that because that's the first step to an actual astral projection experience. You might have not realised it, but you were really close to astral projection! If you want more info, just google sleep paralysis ;p
