side effects of taking the "content" idose??

i took the "content" idose but i couldn't relax at all. I was fidgety, my heart was beating really fast and i kept imaging there was someone behind me and i have no idea why. Does anyone else have these effects while taking this (or another) dose?? if so, do you know why it happens??

Your problem lies in that you weren't relaxed starting out. That's why you were fidgety. Look at it as a dose with three stages. Relaxation, numbing, and then relaxation. If you miss the relaxation portion in the first few minutes, you'll be jumping into the numbness. This will cause you paranoia. It's like in math. If the problem is 2(9x)=180, the whole equation would be solved to 10. However, if you skip multiplying the 9x by 2 (similar to missing the relaxation period of any dose), the solution would be 20- which is wrong.

Tl;dr- Just be relaxed and focused when you start the dose. Should make it affect you far more positively.
