Now, I havent done any doses for a while so I thought I'd try this one. Anyway, I relaxed in my computer chair, earphones in. I pictured a fan blowing in my face to match the sound of the pink noise and counted backwards from 100. About a few minutes In I had already began to feel the slow sinking feeling as I was pulled into a trance. My breathing became heavier and my eyes were moving rapidly and uncontrollably behind the lids. I was literally forcing them shut without taking my concentration from the sound. When I counted down to about 60 I began to use a mediation technique where you imagine yourself as your own breathe. This proved helpful and took my mind off my eyes.

I counted down to 51 when I felt the effects. My whole body started pulsating and my mouth filled with saliva as my glands frantically tried to stop my mouth from drying out. Waves of energy swept over me. I stopped counting down and started counting up the amount of waves. They started to increase in velocity and speed untill my whole body felt energized. I got closed eyed visuals of a little girl (perhaps 2 or 3) playing on a blue carpet. She had blond hair in a ponytail and a pink top and dress. She was having a lot of fun. She then noticed my presence, looked me straight in the eyes. I awoke from the trance.

My body felt incredibley light. The dose was halfway through but I'd had enough. What was merely minutes felt like hours. Time was distorted. My hearing was slightly fuzzy and I could hear fictional planes flying overhead that didn't exist. I giggled a bit. I just relaxed and enjoyed the moment. It was nice, my body was drained from all worry and my emotions were all positive. The effect wore off within half an hour but now as I'm typing I still feel really light. When my move my arm it feels like I'm putting to much effort in. I haven't moved from the chair since the dose so I'm gonna go try and see if I can remember to walk

Wow, a bit different from what I get. Mine is a bit more intense, probably not as "enjoyable" as yours was though. I always find myself with twitching limbs, that feel so full of energy, like I got electricuted, and then my hands start to spasm.

I'm curious, do you meditate? Because I've been practicing meditation for Astral projection recently, and I'm getting very close. Could you expound on that visualization technique with the breathing?

Also, (I guess it whatever works for you, but) its always better to count down from a high number, because your brain is not as familiar, and less able to multi-task thinking of other things.
