New to I-Doser, just a quick question.

Post by Rizzix »

Alright, I've been toying around with I-doser for the last year or so, and have had some fairly intense reactions to the Doses, my issue is that whenever I begin to feel even the slightest bit of anything from the Doses, my mind immediately attempts to piece apart what I'm feeling, and describing it, and so I lose focus on the Dose and lose what it was I was feeling.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any techniques or anything that may help me keep my focus, or if it's just a matter of continuously practicing keeping my mind focused on the sounds and attempting to ignore/push away my subconscious reaction to new things. (Discerning the feelings and what they mean)
Any help would be greatly appreciated since I don't want to give up on this amazing program.

Thanks, Rizz.

The I-Doser Guide is available from http://www.i-doser.com that gives 40 pages of detailed insight on how to achieve the best possible results, backed by our years of research.

Beneficial to many is our EXPERIENCE method (including the following detailed steps: Expel, X-Factor, Prepare, Eyes, Relax, Insight, Effigy, NO, Calm, Extend) that has helped many achieve positive results - part of the guide.

Of course, the forum is filled with great user advice also,

Good luck, and welcome!

Thank you very much for the answer, I'll definitely check it out as soon as I can, just another quick question I guess, I've been trying to figure out what the absolute lowest freq range needed for headphones is, and I've seen some people say 20Hz, others say it needs to be as low as 8Hz. I want to go and buy a new set of headphones but I don't want to be too high and not be able to experience it.
