Most Lightest Dose?

I haven't tried this before and I was wondering which dose to try first,
I wan't something relaxing and not scary.

Try Tranquility or Content. Those seem pretty mellow. Have fun! :) I'll be looking to see how it goes.

Edit: I know you didn't want something scary so sorry about my name. Lol! :P
