Sudden fear?

I have listened to the QuickHappy and Content doses, but today when i went to go use content again a sudden fear rushed over me. I dont know why but i instantly threw off the headphones! Can anyone help me? Ive used it before so i dont know why i have a fear all of the sudden...

Did it happen in the middle of the dose or right at the beginning? Is it possible it was something besides the dose? Do you ever have panic attacks? They can make you freak out for no real reason sometimes.

It was right at the beginning, i am afriad of the dark but i dimmed my room (not made it as dark as possible) and i just started freaking out idk why though!
