Semi new to I-doser. Nothing has worked so far. Please help?

I have tried:
Nitrous
HashQH
MarijuanaQH
Alcohol
QuickHappy
FrenchRoast
Condition
Reset
The only one that gave me any effects and it was noticeable but very low and not much effect but still noticeable was Quickhappy.
Now I have a decent $30 pair of IEM/canalphones (KEB40's). They isolate pretty well and I can hear white noise and tones but nothing ever happens. I do have the following conditions which I'm going to ask make any difference.
Onboard Realtek HD soundcard.
Asperger's.
ADHD (I think)
I have a slight hearing unbalance (Right ear sounds are louder and more bassy than my left ear)
Some hearing damage (can't hear above 17/18 khz)
I also take 60 mg of citalopram/celexa everyday and 1 mg of clonazapam as well. Could that affect it?
Also a heavy caffeine user and moderate cigarette smoker (12 a day or so). I'm quitting tomorrow though. Could that also affect I-doser?
I usually turn the volume up to about what I think is 90 decibels, lay down on my bed, cover my eyes/nose with another pillow, and just lay out flat with hands/feet/arms/etc. all stretched out.
I would really like to get this to work. Another reason why I want to get it to somewhat work is because at the moment until January I can't get my hands on any "substances" either legal or illegal except caffeine and nicotine.
So what am I doing wrong? Please help me out! Thanks.
