I'm a begginer and new to this. i've tried the marijuana dose and some other stuff but felt little sucsess. im using like CD player headphones from like the 90's cuz that all i have right not. I ordered some new highquality headphones that will hopefully i work. I know it will. so do you guys got any tips for me" like stuff to do while listening to the sketch ass music and what doeses to start off as a begginer and stuff. Thanks

when you use it just try to lay comfortable and completely flat. don't move at all during the dose (unless it causes you to move, like in hand of god and gates of hades people may jerk about because of the experience). Make sure when your eyes are closed you're in darkness. The most important part is clearing your mind. In order for your brain to accept the frequencies coming in from both ears and make the binaural beats happen, you need to not be thinking about anything. Otherwise your brain will be too active. You'll feel like your falling asleep if you do this right. Finally, if something doesn't work at first after doing all this, try again a few times later. Chances are your brain isn't conditioned t react to the beat yet. For me some doses had no effect the first time while one dose in particular worked right away (or some of it). The good thing is doses will get stronger the more you use them, rather than weaker.

so would listening to condition be a good idea 1st then moving on to another one?

well, it's not necessary, but yeah if you have the time. condition is made specifically to ready yourself to better receive any dose.

all right, i also got the headphones that aren't on the "tested and approved" head phones by i-doser but they are pretty high quality, do you know if those would be appropriate headphones?

From my experience even iPod earbuds will work, but the effects are definitely stronger when you have an actual pair of full sized headphones.

yeah, earbuds will work, including coosh brand (which is what I have). The only thing I've felt so far is white crosses but the earbuds do work. I may buy some better headphones though, since as stated before they are better.
