Hi, I've been trying to OOB (Out Of Body) for some time now. I've done research on how it occurs and when it occurs. Well, when the transition to OOB occurs, the high-speed electronic pixilated inter-connected system of computers that we call the "World Wide Web" states that you'll feel vibrations and other odd sensations in addition to loud noises or "hightened" hearing. This is (according to my Intro to Psychology book) because the mind goes from alert all the way down to a delta frequency thus skipping the other stages of sleep causing you to be aware when the process of your mind paralyzing your body occurs which happens to be called 'sleep paralysis.' This same process occurs when one is about to enter a lucid dream thus proving that OOBE (Out Of Body Experiences) are an advanced form of lucid dreaming. Now, my question to all of you is: Do you have to fall asleep in order to OOB while listening to the dose? Or does it require you to enter a deep trance/meditation? Thanks for reading.
