Could Reset or ResetQH be used like any other dose? It puts your brains to the "normal" state, so would it be used like a Calm-me, FRoast etc. but only weaker?

Yeah, it's a normal dose, it just basically "resets" your mind (it can get rid of effects and stuff like that.)
