Now i have a fairly cheap pair of headphones, Like i got them at walmart for 5 dollars and there ear buds. But they do infact work to some degree anyways as i was saying is there a music to play to get into a relaxed mood for the dose to play to have full effect?

I have heard meditation works but since i dont have my own room and i dose in the liveing room and my house is NEVER! EVER! quit i have to drawn them out by playing it on max volume.

That sucks... Consider saving up for some headphones that block out noise.
