Do any of you sleep talk/walk?

I don't know if I sleep talk, but I know I do not sleep walk.
when people sleep talk does that mean they're having a nightmare?

I occasionally do but this is in the wrong section for that kind of question, i would delete this post and repost it in the correct place.

Agreed. Just because it is the mst viewed part of the forum, this is "off topic" of idoser products, and doesn't belong.
However, I don't do either. I have sleepwalked once, down two flights of stairs to wake up fine on my grandmothers couch around 3 am in the basement.
