I've used I-Doser for awhile now so I decided to join the forums. I just finished trying nitrous for the first time and throughout the dose I couldn't stop smiling. To see if it was a placebo effect or not I reverted my face to normal but after a few seconds i could feel the sides of my mouth being pulled up till i had a grin like the joker. I didn't laugh through it though but it definetly was an experience.

It might be a placebo, but don't worry about whether it was or not. just go into a dose with an empty head, and whatever happens, happens.

Use a concentration technique like counting backwards from a random 3 digit number, counting your breaths, or looking for "sounds withing the sounds"
