okay so i dont know if this is true or not but i heard that if you dream about being high after you have smoked pot before, that you can fail a drug test. if this is actually true would that be the case with idoser?

Who told you that?! On drug tests you get tested (usually) for THC (the active componant in weed) in your urine. Once it leaves your system its gone, it can no longer be tested for except in a hair test, which are only ever used for medical emergencies. The only way to get more THC is by smoking more, thus it cannot show up in urine, no matter how many dreams you have about it.

Same with I-Doser. If you are not introducing any chemicals into your body, only binaural tones, then you will have no THC in your system.
