Works great, I fall asleep every time.
I'm not sure if it's because of the dose itself or just because I'm laying there for 45 minutes without moving but rest assured I will continue to use it.
One thing that I can do with the dose that I can't do just laying down is concentrate on the dose. So if I get an itch I can start concentrating on the dose rather than the itch and it goes away.
This is probably the dose that I have been most satisfied with.
