Binaural Forum

The first few times I did it , i felt super smart. Thoughts were rushing. I was warm. I heard some funny things. It felt like someone was injecting cheesecake into every nerve in my body.. Kind of like a chill that felt reall good. BUT now when I do the dose... I only get the (as I call it) "cake" feeling and alertness... HOW do I get the other feelings come back..Anyone else had this problem? Should I just take a break or something?

That's odd. It seems when training your brain with binaurals it has gone BACKWARDS. Very strange indeed.
