How doses work

Is it that the more experienced you are the more higher level doses will have effect on you.
Such as stronger, very strong and veryvery strong, etc.
I mean is it easier to do lower level doses

I'm pretty sure that only explains how strong the effects of the doses are, and not how skilled you should be just to feel the dose. Its more of a warning that the dose itself is STRONGER, and if you're not ready for it don't try it yet.

The more experienced you are the faster the effects of the dose will come on and the effects of the dose become stronger. Just like anything with life, practice makes perfect
