I turn off the lights so that it would be dim. I had no distractions around me.

I got my pillow on the floor, headsets on ear, and started i-dosing.

After a while, my body started to get numb but when I felt my body, it wasn't numb at all.
I smiled a smile of satisfaction.

When the dose ended, I was in a good mood and didn't feel like moving at all.

It was pretty cool

Thats gotta be the most obvious thing to be doing after being relaxed for more then 30 mins, HELLO if your relaxed for 30 mins and when dose ends of course you dont want to move, YOUR RELAXED so much.. man i doser needs to really stregthen there dose by alot.
