Opiate

I just got done with the effects of Opiate and all I have to say is "My god!". This was the first dose I was able to truely get to work. I started the dose and began counting down from 1000 and breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth. Around 800 I began to have a tingling sensation in my arms. At 750 the sensation had spread through my chest and my face. At 700 I couldn't stop my hands from tensing up from the sensation. At about 640 the dose ended and I was left to lay in the glorious feeling of the "Opiate".
The counting and breathing really helped me keep my mind occupied so the dose could take full effect. This having been my first experience I highly recommend it!

Ẃell congratulations that your technique worked for you. But I am curious what would happen if you manage to clear your mind how that would affect it.

I wish I could =/ I've been attempting to meditate/clear my mind for a few months now, mostly as a stress reliever, but no matter what I try I can't seem to let my thoughts go. It always just ends up sending me into a deep thinking mood rather than unclouding my mind. If you have any suggestions I'd be more than happy to try!

Well the best advice I can give for beginner meditation is use your breathing. Breath in and breath out. Make it your one and only concern, Because your body breaths naturally your breathing will become second nature and you will be left with an empty mind.

I'll have to give that another try next time I dose! Thanks for the advice!

Practice Zen meditation, it is designed specifically for clearing your mind of all thoughts and it is very effective at that, I've been practicing for only a couple days and I've been getting better at clearing my mind.
