Not entirely sure its possible. But I suppose you might be able to trigger a sudden release of memory.

It's possible, but not on a specific memory, but a plethora of memories, there is a frequency range that enhances childhood awareness and gives vivid memories, my guess vivid childhood memories, that I have read on a website.
