Does the Lucid QH dose work? week long test

i'm looking forward to this weeklong test as well. i first heard of lucid dreaming last year, and i've always wished to try it, but i'm rather impatient and couldn't keep a dream journal or anything.

patience has nothing to do with it hun. all you gotta do is put your headphones on when your going to bed. then you fall asleep. you dont NEED a dream journal. they are just an interesting accessory to hold

I won't be posting stuff for a little, I had left the bass booster equalizer on on my IPod, and I need to also buy over-ear headphones. Which will be in about a week. Till then,

Aww what a shame. Well best of luck buying new phones. I hope you get a good pair that works. Bring some doses on your ipod and see if you cant test them out at a music store so you can get the best ones for your money.

Well, dream journals have an important use to Lucid dreaming, as it allows you to expand your memory of the dream, thus furthering the effects. True, as it isn't neccesary but, it is recommended.
