Really bad trip with mobile Hand of God?

Hey everyone, I used the 15 minute dose last night of hand of god on my Droid. I've listened to the track out of the speakers a dozen times because I love the music track on it. I decided to actually try it though so I plugged in my headphones, laid down, put a pillow over my eyes, and zoned out. for the first ten minutes or so it was fine, and I felt like I was floating a little, and then started half dreaming that I was flying near mountains, which was pretty nice. But then, the last six minutes hit - Instantly, my heart rate spiked, and I felt hands reach out of my bed and grab me, and try to drag me down through the bed. Really drag me, it was a very strong and disconcerting sensation. This lasted for the rest of the dose. Then about two minutes before the dose ended, I had a hallucination of things standing around my bed, staring at me and convulsing horribly. You guys know Slenderman? That's what they looked like. Once the dose ended I took off the headphones and tried to get to sleep. I was expecting something like this from Gate of Hades, but not from Hand of God. Has anyone else had similar experiences with this..? If so, it's poorly named..
To clarify, I would have loved this dose if I was expecting something creepy. It's the kind of thing where if you drink a glass of orange juice and it's actually milk, it'll be really gross, even if you like milk. Know what I mean?
Anyway, thanks guys.

Are you sure you had the hand of god and not gate to hades cause that sounds like gate to hades. I mean when I used it I felt so happy and magical. Nothing creepy. Except that my plushy came to life *giggles*

Yeah, I'm positive, I've listened to the music before just because I like the theme, so I would have recognized instantly if I put the wrong track on. Unless somehow the mobile release of I-doser has gates of Hades and hand of god switched, which I don't think could happen.

Well I did notice that some of them are faulty on mine and flipped. Like cactus buttons and marijuana are backwards on mine. I havnt tried reinstalling it yet though. Maybe something similar?

Hmm, maybe. I'll try reinstalling and replaying, then, and post my (hopefully different) results tonight. Thanks :]

But before you try it again. I just want to make sure cause at the end of the Gate to Hades dose there is a loud loud noise that kinda goes "ooooooooooowwwwwwwwhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeee??????" so if you dont hear that its probably not the Gate to Hades dose. But I would give it another go if I were you.

At the end of the dose, like the last minute, there was a deep voice that was speaking something in some language that I don't know. Not sure if it's the same thing?

Also I just checked to see if the one marked Gates of Hades sounds less...demonic on my phone - it's not even there, so I doubt it got flipped. I'm reinstalling, though.

I remember the voice your talking about but I dont remember which dose it was in. But the sound im refering to in Gate to Hades is really distinct.

It didn't really sound like what you described, but it was terrifying, and as I said, it felt like I was being dragged to hell, which sounds more like Gates of Hades than Hand of God, especially from your descriptons. I don't know, I was really unnerved last night after dosing, and I already am freaked out by the Slender man mythos so that did nott help.

Please don't ;_; because then I'll have to try it and never be able to sleep again *cries*
As a side note I'm relistening to the dose now - the ending reminds me of the council of elrond from lord of the rings, when Gandalf says what's on the ring and everything gets dark. In fact, it could be the same clip. Which would be awesome.
Also I'm going out, I'll be back in a few hours, and I'll try the dose when I get home and tell you what happened.

Alright, I just tried it a third time. Most intense reaction yet.
Started out the same, vague feelings of flying, but about halfway through I felt like I was laying on a cloud, waiting for God to greet me, I think. Then at the same time as I started having a bad reaction last night, I saw a really tiny skull in the corner of my closed eyes - everything else was pitch black, since I had a pillow over my eyes. Then suddenly I started falling back down to earth, and I knew that God had judged me and found me to be a sinner. At this point I stopped falling, and "looked" up - I was in a grave, and dirt was being thrown into it. As I was being buried I kept hearing some voice saying MINE over and over again, which I think was a hallucination of the devil. At this point I started crying and the dose finished. I am NOT a crier, I haven't cried in at least two years. At all.
I think the reason that I'm having such an intense reaction to this is that I'm a total atheist. I was curious to see what would happen, and I'm guessing that somewhere in the back of my subconcious, a primal part of my brain is still terrified that I may be wrong, in which case I would be going to hell after death. This dose which is supposed to grant me a hallucination of a meeting with God, I think, is terrifying to me on a subconcious level, simply because if there is a god then I am entirely screwed for eternity after death.
Please note I don't want this to become a religious discussion, I just feel that this may be the simplest reason that I'm having such strangely adverse effects to what is supposed to be a positive dose. Occams razor, and all.
So, I can now add Hand of God to my list of doses that work for me. Feel free to check out my other topic about getting doses to work better, I'd love to hear from you guys. Happy dosing, everyone.
