The change in volume might detract a bit, it gets very loud near the middle til the end. But a lot of the mobile doses put in loud tracks, so it will probably work just fine if you don't get too distracted by it. Give it a shot, tell us how it goes.

A while back someone else had a similar question and Admin simply said you can listen to whatever music you want but keep the volume about even. I think that the music volume changes during the song might actually enhance the dose too. Like some of the doses the volume changes and little pops get your attention or send a jolt through your body. Just keep that all in mind that you COULD really freak yourself out.

just as pony said but make sure the volume is softer than the dose itself for maximum results. I do this all the time

Cool, I was avoiding adding music tracks because I didn't want to dampen the strength of the dose or anything, but now I might give it a shot. Tell us how it worked for you with your volume changes, Backspacez.

I used one of the background tracks, Deep Space, while doing the MarijuanaQh, and I'm not sure if it was because the background music, but I finally got breakthrough. I would use it to help as it gives you something to focus on while the dose works it's magic deep in the annals of your cranium.

Heh well the thing I keep preaching the most is you have to clear your mind and not focus on anything at all. I believe the way music works with a dose is it keeps your thoughts distracted so your mind isnt racing. If the music helps you its most likely because your able to control your thinking better and keep a clearer richer mind

Probably, it seems to get easier after every dose to just turn you brain "off" and let your subconcious take over. I just use the music as a slip-in so I can zone out from everything around me, but hey, what ever works, works, that's all that matters.
