Good...?
A lot of people get scared and stop it. I guess if you can controll yourself you should be straight. Do the doses from now on eyes closed, so that your sense of sight doesnt ruin your concentration by spurring thoughts.

How was the actual dose, effect wise?

I was a little dizzy all throughout. :) would've been better if I closed my eyes though.

I might just buckle through the rough spots and take it. I'll do it during the day, I still seem to get good effects; maybe its all the practice, who knows?
I do know meditation, if practiced, can help you frequently get into states where you cannot be distracted.
Might I suggest QuickHappy? Its more of a mood dose.
