Annoying Eye Twitching!!

Well, when I was doing Tranquil ( at the beginning ), I would get these annoying eye twitches. Mostly in my right eye, they would like twitch non-stop! Is this normal? Do all doses have this effect?

this usually happens when you relax.

someone said "this happens when you meditate (or relax) and your yin and yang energys aren't equal."

but im sure there is some sceintific explanation for it.
