I follow this steps:
I lay down in a bed close my courtains
Start dose, my earphones are from a great quality.
Start counting backwards from 100 to 1
And sometimes I even fall asleep but i cant get any effects.

Cant get any effects from iDoser
So yeah, i bought LCD BuffoToad and Trip but i cant get any effects.
