I see that I dosers are now on itunes, They have ambient sounds I know that,but do they effect the results?

Last night I tried cocaine and i wasn't sure if it worked, I sat there for the full 30 minutes saw a few flashes of white lights then when i was done i couldn't stop blinking,can i have some help to see if it worked?
